Dr. Sabeel, I am suffering from Fistula about a year, in between I was under treatment of Dr.Ayisha Umer (homeopathic) she keeps changes the medicine all the time but no cure and now it becomes a chronic Fistula.The wounds around rectum , scrotom and penis are very painful and also lost skin and bleeds in high volume .As I stopped her treatment since 2 weeks.
Now suggest me what to do.I am also claustrophobic, so avoid MRI’s,but done one for this in the initial stage.

I have fistula in ano last from 4 months, in now a days i have no pain and pus drain in very low capicity. I checked my proplem from hospital and Doctor advise me for surgery.
