Healthy Tips for School Going Children

  • Start the day with a healthy breakfast.
  • Brush your teeth twice  day.
  • Rinse your mouth after every meal.

  • Clip/trim your nails every week.
  • Wear neat and clean uniform.
  • Increase use of of water, milk and fruits as they are good source of health.
