Assalamoalium Sir. I am suffering from Anal Fistula, I am living in Saudi Arabai, I belong from Bannu KPK Pakistan. In April 2017 i did operation for this disease. I recently moved to Rawalpindi from Rahimyarkhan after being transferred to the new location. I had a surgery for hemorrhoids at RYK just before moving to Rawalpindi. It was fine for a few days but then I started to feel severe itching and pains around the anal area. Itching, pain and inflammation aggravated a lot in a matter of days. I went to the best hospital available in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and they diagnosed “Fistula in Ano” and I did not know what it was at that time. They recommended Surgery on the very next day and I followed what they said. I was feeling better after the surgery for a couple of days but then it all started. My condition started to get worse with severe itching, pains and burnings in the area and this time it was more severe and almost continuous. I had lot of sleepless nights where I had to spend the whole night standing still or walking. I went to a different hospital for a second opinion and they advised an MRI scan and to my surprise my Fistula was not removed but still there. I was very disappointed with MRI result. In the mean time I started to do my own research on fistula treatments where somehow Allah SWT directed me Dr. Sabeel’s website and I contacted him right away. When I went to his clinic I was not even able to sit properly for more than a few seconds. But after a week of his treatment I started to feel the difference. Now after a month of treatment I barely feel any pain or itching even though I have to sit in a chair at my office for long late hours.
