What is Internal piles disease?

Piles (haemorrhoids) are lumps inside and around the (anus) area. Technically, these are the pillow-like clusters of veins that form in the lowest part of the rectum. Bawaseer, Badi bawaseer, and bafeer are commonly known names in local languages.
Internal piles may not be dangerous for life – but badly disturbs a person’s life by having constant pain, pressure, and discomfort in the lower part of the body.

• Eat healthily. Take a high-fiber diet that is easy to digest by the stomach and puts less pressure on your anus and veins.
• Increase the intake of water. 
• Don’t push too much by putting extra pressure on the toilet. Straining the already strained muscles increases the discomfort further.
• Reduce the intake of tea and coffee. 
• Adopt a habit of daily long walks and exercise.
• Especially avoid beef and egg.
